Privacy Policy

Last updated June 2026

Your privacy is foundational to Pillara. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the control you have over your data.

Information We Collect

Pillara is designed to keep your data on your device. The information you enter — your pillars, focus sessions, streaks, and notes — is stored locally on your iPhone and synced through your private iCloud account.

We collect minimal account information required to operate the service, such as your email address and subscription status.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to provide and improve the Pillara experience: syncing your data across your devices, processing subscriptions, and sending essential service communications.

We never sell your data. We do not run advertising, and we do not share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Storage and Security

Your productivity data is stored in your personal iCloud container, governed by Apple’s privacy and security practices. Subscription and account records are encrypted in transit and at rest.

Your Rights

You can request a copy of your account data or ask us to delete it at any time. Deleting the app removes all locally stored data from your device.
